Only a small amount of ash is required.
We suggest that you place the ash inside 2 ziplock sealed bags (one inside the other) and then inside a standard white envelope with your name and order number clearly marked.
Our courier will collect this envelope directly from you (place it inside their plastic company envelope) and deliver it directly to our offices.
Once you have notified us that your ash is ready for collection, we will send a courier to your doorstep to collect the ash and bring it back to our offices.
Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped to your doorstep.
We recommend that you select, if possible, a button up shirt - one that your loved-one wore often and brings back good memories.
Should you prefer for us to use a normal t-shirt, please email us a picture and we will confirm if we are able to use it to make a memory pillow for you.
Once you have notified us that your shirt/s is ready for collection, we will send a courier to your doorstep to collect the shirt/s and bring it back to our offices.
Once your memory pillow has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped to your doorstep.

Any left over fabric remnants will be shipped back to you along with your finished memory pillow.

ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ASH FROM YOU, our manufacturing time is generally 2 weeks.
We then allow for 1 week for packaging and delivery to you.
